1. Pelham House, Lewes
Pelham House is a 16th Century Town House Hotel in East Sussex. Restored to create a stylish venue, it combines elegance and history.
Pelham House offers 31 romantic Boutique Hotel style bedrooms, each of which has been individually designed for maximum comfort whilst preserving many original historic features of the building.
All the bedrooms are fitted with contemporary handmade oak furniture, remote controlled TVs, phones and high speed data points and have en-suite baths or luxury showers, a range of natural toiletries and comfortable beds with crisp white linen. Most overlook our pretty south facing garden, with views beyond to the South Downs.

3. Newick Park
This lovely Georgian house in Grade II* listed and is surrounded by its own private park of 255 acres, which means it enjoys complete peace and privacy, together with the most fabulous views over the lake and nearby South Downs. Every bedroom is individually designed with views overlooking the parkland, some with four poster beds, others with some of the widest beds you will ever sleep in. Each bed is styled with Egyptian cotton lines and has goose down feathered bedding. The bathrooms have monsoon power showers, some with large deep baths, fluffy dressing gowns, towels and Molton Brown toiletries.
