I have just returned home after attending the Ladies Day Meeting this afternoon, and just wanted to say a big thank you to all concerned at Plumpton Race Course. I have been coming to Plumpton since I was a boy, along with my family, as my late Father was a staunch supporter of your race course. That is now over 50 years that I have been coming. Today I brought 5 guests with me who have never been before.They all fell in love with Racing and of course, Plumpton. The organisation of the meeting, the sheer value for £10, the friendliness and proffesionalism of your staff could teach a big lesson to many of the larger, monied courses in this country. I can only say a great thank you to those involved. The talks by both the Clerk of Scales and Clerk of the Course were excellent. Both full of information and instances of applied common sense. The SIS team were also very interesting and keen to answer any questions. Thanks again.
