Situated on the roof top of the Sussex Stand, the Directors Box offers far reaching views of the track and the superb backdrop of the South Downs.

Young salad greens with grilled polenta, quails eggs and bacon
Game terrine with confit of onion
Home cured carpaccio of venison fillet with shaved parmesan, and beetroot and horseradish sauce
Herb crepes with smoked salmon and herb cream cheese with a baby leaf salad
Warm Leek and smoked haddock tart
Wild mushroom and leek terrine with Sussex honey dressing
Salad of local goats cheese on garlic crouton with sunblush tomatoes and a mild chilli dressing
