With saffron roasted patatas bravas and a panache of vegetables

Smoked bacon and leek potato cake, panache of vegetables, tarragon cream sauce

Sussex honey roasted butternut squash cannelloni (v)

Truffle cream sauce, butternut squash puree, crumbled smoked Sussex
