Plumpton Racecourse is getting set for a Ladies Day full of fun, fizz and fashion on Sunday 13^th May.

Ladies Day is Plumpton’s most glamorous raceday of the year, and features fashion competitions for the most stylish ladies, men and children, hosted by Channel 4 Racing’s Derek Thompson.

This year the star prize for the most stylish Lady is a holiday for two adults, staying at Neilson Holidays newest inclusive beachclub Adakoy, in Turkey. The holiday includes return flights from London, resort transfers, and 7 nights accommodation on a Club-board basis, including sporting activities and is provided by Brighton based Neilson Holidays.

Neilson Holidays are the perfect mix for families and couples. Whilst staying in one of their 4* resorts on a club-board basis, guests can dip into the included activities with expert tution on offer, such as sailing, waterskiing, tennis, mountain biking, yoga and fitness classes,  or simply relax in our Elemis Spas or on a sunlounger with a cocktail.   The lucky lady winning the star prize can take a friend or partner to Adakoy, which was recently voted one of the ‘Coolest Hotels in the Med’ by the Times.

The finals of the South East area Point to Point pony racing series are held at the end of the afternoon.

Ladies Day is also a great day to bring the family racing with a funfair and best dressed child competition, and children under 18 enjoy free admission.  You can bring your own picnic into the centre course area, or choose from a selection of food outlets and bars.

3rd Prize – Hair, makeover and photoshoot experience for 2 from Phase Photographic:
The winner and friend will receive champagne or a soft drink on arrival, before having a hair and makeup consultation with one of Brighton’s favourite stylists. This is followed by lights, camera, action as you will enjoy the glitz and glam of being a celebrity! After the session,you are invited back into the studio for a cinema-style viewing of the images where you can each choose a favourite as a 12″x10″ print.
