STARTERS
Stilton and celery soup served with parsley croutons

Herb crepes filled with smoked salmon and chive cream cheese served on a baby leaf salad with lemon dressing

Chicken liver and bacon parfait with autumn chutney and brioche toast 

MAIN COURSE

Roast Sussex Turkey with apricot and sage stuffing,  chipolata wrapped in smoked bacon, and good gravy served with seasoned roast potatoes

Caramelized pork fillet with a lemon and mint creamy sauce served with colcannon potatoes

Baked Mushroom filled with Umbrian lentils, red grapes and sweet balsamic dressing on a bed of tagliatelle 

DESSERT

Christmas pudding with brandy butter

Cranberry and Apple strudel with vanilla custard

Winter spiced fresh fruit salad 

Local Cheeses may be served instead of pudding or as an extra course

(£ 4.20  when served as a supplementary course)
