We have a six-race card to enjoy for this Monday afternoon fixture.

With this fixture taking place just over a fortnight before Cheltenham, it occasionally throws up a decent Festival prospect and none other than Pentland Hills - winner of the Triumph Hurdle in March 2019 - won the two-mile Maiden Hurdle on his hurdling debut at this meeting!

The day will be helping to raise funds for Jamie’s Farm. A charity dedicated to supporting young people at risk of social and academic exclusion.

Through their working livestock farms, like the Lewes farm just 3 miles from Plumpton Racecourse, they offer a unique, weeklong residential with follow up support. Small groups of young people are immersed into farm life, tackling real jobs with tangible outcomes, within a supportive family environment. This encourages cooperation, boosts self-esteem and builds positive relationships.
